

Getting in shape like anything else you want to acomplish in life. Once you decide what it is that you want to achieve, you need to either figure out "HOW" to do it yourself, or hire someone who can do it for you.
When it comes to having a lean and muscular body, the same rules apply. At Body Basics Boot Camps we believe that you are the one who has to be empowered with knowledge if you want to accomplish something and make lasting changes in your life. When all is said and done, you are the one who has to do the work. When it comes to fitness, you have to make time to execise and you have to learn how to eat properly so that you body begins to shred the excess fat. Sure, you can hire someone to teach you, but no one can do your workouts for you, or eat your meals so that you get the benefits.
The more you know, the more you grow.
Knowledge is the key to having a higher quality of life. That's why society puts such a high value on education. This is exactly why we are putting the boot camp program into a longer format. No one, and I mean NO ONE can transform their body in a month. If you are starting from scratch, it takes two weeks just to get your body to the point where you are not sore all of the time. There are things you need to learn, and this can be accomplished while your body is adapting to the training over several months time.
The most important thing to realize is that you will put into practice what you learn. You will master the basics and through daily practice begin to realize your dream body. There's no Magic Bullet, no gimmicks, no fads or trends here. What works is really simple. Knowledge and diligence.
Why a Trimester?
As a former high school teacher I learned how to take a bulk of information and break it down into lessons. Colleges run their courses the exact same way. A trimester is just a way to measure time and in this case 90 plus days is also the perfect amount of time it would take to have your body adapt to the boot camp training. In addition, you'll be able to apply the lessons regarding nutrition as they go hand-in-hand with getting great results that last. We've broken down the entire year into three 15 week cycles. So even though you can start at anytime, the year will always balance out.
Make learning fun.
Personally, I love to learn new things. Learning new things can be a lot of fun, especially if you have the right mindset. If you want to get into a good college you have to work for it and that takes a winning attitude. If you want to excel at your place of business you also have to have a winning attitude. And if it's not fun, you won't do it. So what makes this fun? Well, you do! As your Coach and teacher, we provide the lessons, but you are the one who has to really want to succeed. Your sheer will and determination to be lean, fit, and toned will drive you to the finish line.
Be unstoppable!
The best way to be committed to anything is know WHY you want to do it in the first place. For some people it's the way they look in the bathroom mirror or clothes. For others it's the they way they feel having a total lack of energy. And for others it's the number on the bathroom scale going up every couple of months. In the end it's about being emotionally disturbed. We'll teach you how to use that emotional state to your best advantage so that you are lazer focused to your goals. You will be virtually unstoppable!
